How long does it take for my coffee to be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
We source our beans through direct trade relationships with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring fair wages and ethical farming practices.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ozone Coffee ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
